MOUNT ORAB, OH (FOX19) - A Mount Orab couple has pled guilty to stealing from a 76-year-old man. Michael Waits, 44, and Donya Waits, 35, both pled guilty last week to theft by deception, misuse of a credit card and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
