Come get a taste of Mardi Gras Carnivale New Orleans style... guys make sure you bring some PREMIUM BEADS with you to give out to that "SPECIAL GIRL" AND OF COURSE... NO COVER CHARGE... see you there!

Western Brown Touchdown Club Craft Show

This 2nd Annual Craft Bazaar is held at Western Brown High School in Mt. Orab Ohio on March 31st, 2012. And our fall show is October 27th, 2012. We are 25 minutes east of Eastgate Mall. We have approximately 150 Booths; offer table rental and electricity (limited). We advertise in the Brown County Press, News Democrat, Cincinnati Enquirer, yard signs, local businesses, online community calendars, face book and much more. We supply chairs in your booth, assistance in and out of the craft show, this year you may purchase a lunch ticket and we will deliver your lunch to your booth. We can sit at your booth for small breaks through out the day. We are separating the crafters and vendors and we have added microphones in each area for announcements and brown light specials. We are here to make your day as pleasant and profitable as possible. These are juried shows and we look for quality artisans. Previous participation does not guarantee acceptance or the same booth. You must only bring the work that you supplied on your application. We are offering a discount if you sign up for both shows. The cost of a booth for the spring or fall show is $35.00. If you sign up for both shows the cost is $30.00 for each show. All booth sizes are 10x10. Booths are setup in the Front & Rear Gymnasium, Cafeteria and Main Hall. Wall spaces and spaces with electricity are very limited. If using electric, you will need to bring your own electrical cords and paper tape or painters tape. NO DUCT TAPE of any kind! All set-ups, chairs and items must be located inside your booth space. All exhibitors are expected to present their art/craft in an attractive manner with covered tables and inviting displays. We hold a raffle for artists/crafters to showcase their work. A raffle tag will be provided in the welcome packet given the day of show and will detail your booth location and company information so that shoppers can find you. We will be doing Brown Light specials throughout the day. You can choose to participate. You may choose to participate in the raffle it is optional, but very much appreciated! Vendors may start setting up as early as 7:00am the morning of the show. Student volunteers to assist vendors will not be available until around 8am. The show ends at 4pm, do not start packing up until then. Jury Application deadline for the spring show is Feb 1, 2012; but applications will be accepted until all booths are full. Past exhibitors will be allowed to request the same booth space from the previous year until Jan 15, 2012. While we attempt to honor location requests, no guarantees can be made and previous participation does not guarantee the same booth or show acceptance. If applying for electric, a separate $5 check must be included with the application. If we cannot provide electric, your $5 check will be returned with your confirmation letter. Returning Exhibitors need to resubmit photos as it is necessary for the jury process. After February 1, 2012 there will be NO refunds of booth fees for cancellations. If your application is denied your booth fee will be returned to you. If you are accepted: Acceptance letters will be sent via email or mail once your application is processed. Initial review of applications will be in February 2012. Confirmation packets will be sent one month prior to the date of the show.
